444® Professional Fly Lines

444 is a supple fly line with superior buoyancy and a glass smooth surface. The precision taper designs softly turn-over your leaders for delicate presentations. Excellent for all fishing conditions including coldwater situations.

444® FLOATING FLY LINES

444 is a supple fly line with superior buoyancy and a glass smooth surface. Also available in Nymph-Tip version, peach color with a built-in extra buoyant, brilliant red "Strike Indicator" tip. Shooting Tapers are available as well (suggested Retail $28).
Sizes 6 - 15, floating, type 2 - 6, suggested retail $44.

444® INTERMEDIATE FLY LINES

With a specific gravity of 1.06 the neutral density 444 Intermediate fly line is only slightly heavier than water. Left untreated it will sink very slowly making it especially useful for fishing over shallow, submerged weed beds. A favorite for fly fishing enthusiasts, because the line settles just below a surface chop and remains straight for positive hook-setting. WF4 - 10I, suggested Retail $44.

444® SINK-TIP FLY LINES

444 Sink-Tips offer a combination of floating and sinking line features; keeping your fly down where fish are feeding, yet allowing the line to be mended and picked up almost like a full floating line. Suggested Retail $44.

444® SINKING FLY LINES

Most species take far more of their natural food below the surface than on the top. Sinking lines get the fly down to these deeper feeding locations. Because feeding patterns, water depth, and current vary, Cortland manufactures a wide range of sinking lines. Available in different densities (sink rates) to insure that there is a line right for any condition. 444 Sinking Lines come in varying shades of brown, with the lighter colored lines indicating a slower sink rate than the darker. WF4 -10, type 2, 3 & 6. Suggested Retail $44.

444® CLEAR CREEK

The 444 Clear Creek has an extra-long, supple tip design that allows a natural fly presentation and tracking while fishing difficult, heavily pressured waters. The soft olive color blends with the water and background. The line of choice for spring creek anglers from Montana’s Poindexter Slough  to Pennsylvania’s Spruce Creek. A must for any serious angler. WF1- 6F. Suggested Retail $46.

444® CLEAR CAMO LINES

The most supple of all of the clear lines. This line successfully combines its low visibility camouflage attributes with a 444’s classic smooth, accurate presentation. All Clear Camo lines are intermediates. WF3 - 10I. Suggested Retail $48.

KERBOOMTM LEAD CORE SHOOTING TAPERS
